Workplace-related qualification subsidies <\/h2>\n

Workplace-related training offers companies with a shortage of skilled workers throughout Austria the opportunity to actively shape the training of future skilled workers for their company’s needs. The target group is defined as companies with an immediate or medium-term significant need for personnel that cannot be covered directly by people available on the labour market.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n

Within the framework of these job-creating qualifications – referred to as foundations or AQUA – training costs can be subsidised by up to 100% and direct wage costs by up to 80%.<\/p>\n

Training of existing employees and skilled workers for use in personnel leasing is not funded here.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n
